Individuals may purchase our books at better bookstores and through our website. Payments through our website are handled through Paypal.

For orders within the United States, shipping is free of charge. If expedited shipping is required, please write directly before placing an order.

International shipping is available for many countries (please contact us if you are unable to complete your order). Once you enter your address during checkout, you will see the postal rates for your country.

Note that the EU has enacted new customs charges on international orders: shipping does not include any customs charges that may arise.
